Prof Jeremy Phillipson, director of the National Innovation Centre for Rural Enterprise, said: “We join the nation in mourning Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
“We pay tribute to her devotion to duty and life of public service, and express our deepest gratitude for her commitment to this country and its rural communities.
“We offer our heartfelt condolences to King Charles III and the Royal Family at this extremely sad time.”
